This Policy explains how AgrowKnow collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use Corn Belt Crop Tracker and croptrackerag.com.
1. Information we collect
We may collect account identifiers and status; optional profile and contact details; saved preferences and feature activity; Ask AI context and usage; device, network, security, and request logs; local browser session information; and support communications.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and administer accounts, operate and personalize the Service, answer Ask AI requests, enforce usage limits, measure and improve features, diagnose errors, protect users, communicate about accounts, process privacy requests, and comply with law.
3. Service providers and disclosure
Supabase supports authentication, database, and storage; Netlify supports hosting and server functions; OpenAI processes Ask AI requests; and Google may support sign-in. We may also disclose information to advisers, authorities when legally required, transaction participants, or parties you direct. We do not sell personal information for money or use it for third-party targeted advertising.
4. Ask AI
Your question and relevant Crop Tracker data are sent through our server to OpenAI. API inputs and outputs are not used to train OpenAI models by default unless the API customer opts in. Do not include confidential, sensitive, regulated, or personally identifying information.
5. Retention and choices
We retain information as reasonably needed for service, security, compliance, support, and dispute purposes, subject to backups and legal obligations. You may update profile information and request access, correction, portability, or deletion where applicable by contacting support@agrowknow.com.
6. Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries under applicable safeguards.
7. Children and changes
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Account holders must be at least 18. Material policy changes will receive reasonable notice when appropriate.
