2. What the Service provides
The Service presents crop condition, progress, acreage, price, historical yield, model-generated forecasts, weekly briefings, maps, and related agricultural information. Current-year allocations, forecasts, summaries, and AI responses are provisional estimates and may be revised.
3. No professional advice
The Service is for general informational, educational, research, and market-monitoring purposes. It is not agronomic, crop-insurance, trading, investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Verify important information with authoritative sources and qualified professionals.
4. AI features
Automated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review and verify every response, and do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or personally identifying information in an AI question.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse another account; probe, overload, or bypass security and usage limits; introduce malware; unlawfully scrape the Service; misrepresent estimates as official statements; violate rights or law; or commercially redistribute a material part of the Service without permission.
6. Ownership and information you provide
AgrowKnow and its licensors retain rights in the Service. You retain ownership of information you submit and grant the limited rights needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, or results. AgrowKnow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or amounts paid for the Service in the prior 12 months where lawful.
9. Governing law and changes
Indiana law governs these Terms, and disputes must be brought in Indiana courts after a good-faith informal resolution effort. Material updates will receive reasonable notice when appropriate.
